Standard License Terms - Royalty Free Stock image use
Ankele Publishing, LLC/ArtistLight.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use the Stock images for the Permitted Uses (as defined below). If the use is not listed below, you are not permitted to do it. All other rights and content use, including, without limitation, all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the Content, are retained by Ankele Publishing, LLC/ArtistLight.com or the original Artist, if applicable.

Permitted Standard License Uses
Only you are permitted to use the Content. Any additional persons who wish to use the Content must purchase a separate license. Within this Agreement, "Ankele Publishing, LLC/ArtistLight.com", "we", "our" and "us" refers to Ankele Publishing, LLC/ArtistLight.com, and "you" and "your" refers to you, the customer.

1. This Agreement governs your use of Ankele Publishing, LLC/ArtistLight.com Content (namely, the photographic image, illustration, animation, audio clip, flash file that you are downloading from our website, in conjunction with you entering into this Agreement with Ankele Publishing, LLC/ArtistLight.com.("Content").

2. Licensee shall have the worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for the limited use of the image to be used by you.

PERMITTED USES:

(a) You may copy the image as needed to manipulate for image printing.
(b) You may make one copy of the content solely for backup purposes.
(c) Use the Content in the following applications:
(i) advertising and promotional projects, including printed materials for presentations, film and video presentations, commercials;
(ii) online or electronic publications, including web.
(iii) prints (i.e. a hardcopy) and reproductions for personal and business use; (commercial print runs over 10,000 require an Extended License.)
(d) create Derivative Works (namely an original work within the meaning of the Copyright Act (United States) which incorporates but is not substantially similar to the Content) by incorporating the Content into your own work;
(e) use the Derivative Works in the same manner as permitted above, and in items for resale.
(f) transfer files containing Content or Derivative Works to your clients, printers, or ISP for the purpose of reproduction, provided that such parties shall have no further rights to use the Content.

PROHIBITED USES:

(a) sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the Content by cd/dvd or web.
(b) post a copy of the Content on a network server or web server for use by other users; or
(c) transfer the rights to the Content or accompanying materials (if applicable), except as specifically provided for elsewhere in this Agreement.
(d) use any of the Content as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark, or logo;
(e) use the Content in a fashion that is considered by Ankele Publishing, LLC as or under applicable law that is considered pornographic, obscene, immoral, infringing, defamatory or libelous in nature, or that would be reasonably likely to bring any person or property reflected in the Content into disrepute;
(f) use or display any Content that features a model or person in a manner that endorses any business, product, service, cause, association or other endeavor; or depicts such person in a defamatory subject matter, including, but not limited to mental and physical health issues, social issues, sexual or implied sexual activity or preferences, substance abuse, crime, physical or mental abuse or sickness, or any other way that would be offensive or unflattering to any person reflected in the Content;
(g) use or display the Content in an electronic format that enables it to be downloaded or distributed via mobile devices or shared in any peer-to-peer or similar file sharing arrangement;
